When the air is cold and crisp and there's snow on the ground, RSVP-WNY Seniors will be heading out to do some cross country skiing at any of several great trails in and near Buffalo.  Delaware Park in the city, Reinstein Woods Nature Preserve, Como Park or Sprague Brook Park (a short drive away) and the Art Roscoe Ski Trails at Allegany State Park (a day trip destination in the scenic Southern Tier of NY State) offer opportunities for low-impact exercise and group camaraderie.
